One tonne, every department, no retyping

The truck is weighed
The weighbridge reads the indicator over its serial line and writes one ticket — gross, tare, net, wagon, operator, destination. That ticket is the record. There is no second version of it in a spreadsheet.
The ticket becomes a declaration
Customs builds the export declaration from that exact ticket. Not from a copy of it, not from a number read aloud over the phone — from the row the scale produced.
The load becomes a trip
Logistics dispatches against the same tonnage and tracks the truck to the border, so the quantity that left the pit and the quantity that arrived are the same field, not two claims to reconcile.
The trip becomes a settlement
The contractor is paid on the weight that was actually measured. When a haulier disputes a month, the argument ends at the ticket instead of starting there.

What a licence covers
One licence per site, renewed annually, priced by which packages the site runs. Seats are not metered — the licence counts sites, not people, because charging per head is how safety software ends up shared between a whole shift.

Recording is the easy half. The cameras run detection on the live feed and raise what matters: a person on foot inside an operating area, a haul truck where a haul truck should not be, PPE missing at the face. The footage is kept on site at the edge, so a dropped uplink costs you the live view and never the recording.

Designed around a mine, not an office

The link drops
Site power and connectivity are not guaranteed — our own terms say so. Recording, weighing and the desktop weighbridge keep working when the uplink does not, and reconcile when it returns.
The shift does not share a language
Mongolian, English, Russian and Chinese are first-class across every screen, including the legal documents and the mobile app. Not a translation layer bolted on for a demo.
Roles change more often than software
A role is defined once in the admin matrix and means the same thing in all seven packages. Promoting a supervisor is an afternoon, not a support ticket.
The old system still runs
The truck weighbridge talks to a Delphi and Paradox application over a serial port because that is what is bolted to the scale. We integrated with it rather than asking a working mine to stop.
Seven packages that actually share a spine
Most mine software is bought one problem at a time and never speaks. These were built on one backbone, so a number entered once is the same number everywhere.
One login
One identity across every package. No second system, no second password, no export-and-email between departments.
One permission model
A role is defined once and means the same thing in every package — the shift supervisor sees the same scope in Mining that they see in Enterprise.
One record
A customs declaration is built from the weighbridge ticket that actually weighed the truck. The same tonne, end to end, instead of three departments retyping it.
What operators ask first
- Do we have to buy all seven packages?
- No. Licensing is per site, priced by package set, and each package works on its own. Most operations start with the ERP backbone or with the live mine, then add the rest when it has earned its place.
- What hardware do we need on site?
- Cameras, an NVR and the network are scoped per site during onboarding — the mix depends on the pit, not on a price list. The platform itself is browser-based; there is nothing to install on an operator’s machine.
- What happens when the connection drops?
- Recording continues at the edge and the weighbridge keeps issuing tickets. Queued work syncs when the link returns. The platform is built on the assumption that the link is the unreliable part.
- Can we see it on real data before deciding?
- Yes — the platform is deployed today at Shanagan Coal Mine and we demonstrate on live operational data rather than a slide deck.
- Who can see what?
- Visibility is a role matrix an administrator controls, down to the module and the section. A contractor foreman, a mine director and an accountant open the same URL and get three different platforms.
